The Internship Option is the cheapest and yet probably the most beneficial way of becoming a PADI Divemaster. During your internship you will have the opportunity to assist on a wide range of courses working with real students. The course fee is kept to a minimum and includes the supply of your PADI Divemaster manual, The Encyclopaedia of Recreational Diving and your Diving Knowledge Workbook. In addition, you will be required to own all three versions of the RDP (table wheel and eRDP). You are also expected to have your own dive kit. You will be expected to undertake independent study of the materials. Orientation sessions will be provided and theory sessions will be scheduled on those subjects that you find most challenging. You will be able to take advantage of scheduled pool sessions to practice your skills. In return we expect you to be available for 30 working days. These days can be done consecutively or in blocks of 5 or 7 days. This allows you to follow courses from start to finish and also means that you get a maximum insight into dive school operation.
We can also offer a Practical Training Option over a period of two weeks. This will be at our discretion based on your level of experience. This is a very intensive course. Ideally you will have completed the majority of your independent study before course commencement in order that, first, classroom sessions can focus on areas that you find most challenging and second, so that the majority of the remaining available time can be geared towards developing your in-water and leadership skills. The course fee includes the supply of your PADI Divemaster Manual, The Encyclopaedia of Recreational Diving and your Diving Knowledge Workbook. In addition, you will be required to own all three versions of the RDP (table wheel and eRDP). You will also be expected to have your own dive kit.

Upon meeting the completion requirements of either the Internship or Taught Course Option, you will be issued with a completed Application Form. You will send this, along with your Application Fee, to PADI for processing. The Application fee is in addition to your Internship or Taught Course Fee.

How long will it take?
