Scuba Referral

Course Overview
If you are planning a holiday abroad and want to learn to dive out there then why not consider getting the theory sessions and pool sessions out of the way before you go? Alternatively, you may have already done the theory and pool sessions elsewhere and want to do your open water dives in the sea rather than in a quarry or lake. Either way, Scuba Referral could be the one for you!

What do I need to start?

Sea Dives Only: If you have already done your theory and pool sessions and are coming to us to complete your open water dives, then you'll need to bring your signed Open Water Referral log book pages and your completed Knowledge Reviews. If you had to have a medical before starting your course you should bring a copy of this with you.

Theory and Pool Only: If you are doing only your theory and pool sessions with us please check out the PADI Medical Form to make sure you don't need to have a medical before you start your course. You must be able to swim 200metres and float or tread water for 10mins unaided.

What will I do?
You'll have lots of fun whilst learning the fundamentals of scuba diving! You will either complete all theory sessions and pool sessions or the four open water dives as per the full Open Water Course.

How long will it take?
All PADI Courses are performance based. This means that you proceed as you demonstrate mastery of the course skills. This allows you to work at a pace that is comfortable for you. In general, however, the Scuba Referral can be completed in two days.

What is included in the course price?
Absolutely everything is included as appropriate. There are no hidden costs!

When can I start?
Check out our Course Diary for the next Open Water Course date or call us!

Where can I go from here?
Once you've completed your Open Water Course, why not continue your adventure with PADI's Adventures in Diving programme, your next step in exploring the underwater world!
