If you live locally, you can pop in to see us, complete a booking form and pay a deposit of £100 (or the full balance if you wish) and take your manual away for home study in advance of course commencement.

If you live a bit too far away but wish to book your course dates in advance, you can complete the Booking Form and send it to us. If you enclose a deposit for £100 (or full payment) we will post your manual out to you in order that you can complete your home study in advance of course commencement.

By booking a course, whether it be in person, via the booking form in the mail or by completing a payment on Paypal, you agree to the following terms and conditions and cancellation clauses:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Candidates may not participate in any diving activities without a satisfactorily completed medical statement.
2. If the weather or any conditions beyond the control of Sea Fans Scuba School cause the course to be delayed, changed or cancelled, no liability can be accepted by the aforesaid party for any loss or expense incurred.
3. No refund of fees can be made once the course has commenced.
4. All course fees are to be paid in full at course commencement unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed.
5. We reserve the right to charge for any additional tuition at the rate of £30 per pool session, £30 per open water dive and £10 per theory session in the unlikely event that this is required.
6. Candidates who commence a course with Sea Fans Scuba School must complete and submit the required knowledge reviews.
7. Candidates using Sea Fans Scuba School Equipment are responsible for that equipment and will be charged for loss or damage if it is deemed to have been avoidable.
8. Neither Sea Fans Scuba School, nor its agents or employees can be held responsible for damage to personal equipment or personal injury howsoever caused

CANCELLATION
Provided that written notice is received at least 14 days prior to the start of the course, fees paid will be refunded less an administration fee of £50 plus the cost of any materials supplied and costs incurred by Sea Fans Scuba School.
